We've been in decline since 1999 according to most people. As declines go i'd say its been quite pleasant.
Funny story re Seth Johnson told to me by a former PL football manager. Seth and his agent went to the meeting with Ridsdale determined to accept no less than 20k a week. Before they'd had a chance to put their demands forward Ridsdale had said they would pay 60k a week but no more. Leeds, ****ing joke of a club. They've been languishing for years but are still universally despised despite never having been particularly successful. Takes a "special" club.

I think you are in decline. Just the rest of the league has declined aswell. Man city arent ready just yet. I mean look at some of the players you had a few years ago. Ronaldo,Tevez,Rio and Hargreaves were all world class. Now you have Jones,Anderson,Giggs,Scholes and Evans. I just can't help but worry for you. You will probably end up the same way as us once Rooney wants to leave which he will do sooner or later when a bigger paycheck is offered. Then Nani will follow and so on.
