    Yes it would be a disaster. I wonder if this is in anyway linked to the possible sell out of the club. Haven't heard any more about those potential investors lately

    I think we have been very lucky to keep him for the six years. If it was'nt for all of the managers from abroad who now work here. I think we would have lost him by now.
    Every manager wants to be successful, how many really achieve it at the next club after being successful, at the one they leave.

    The papers do this sort of crap all the time. Every time there is a vacancy anywhere they take the name of any manager from anywhere who is doing ok at the time and put them in a betting list which is normally full of names nobody thinks will stand a hope in hells chance of being poached apart from the obvious favourite anyway.

    On Bet Victor & I quote. Bristol Rovers founded in 1883 made it into the Football League in 1920 & hav'nt DROPPED OUT OF IT SINCE. I always thought bookies new what they were doing. If this is the competence of the bookies heaven help the people putting money on.
