    I bet you thought that last season<laugh> LVG has found a way for getting him into the side and making it work. We couldn't afford that luxury at Goodison anymore and no longer built the team around one or two players.

    Plus we got McCarthy who is in my opinion the better midfield player

    Yes he's off mate, hence the reason Galloway played in the LB slot in the last 2 games

    I really rate the lad, I think he's going to be a future England LB, same as he has been at every level from schoolboys to the U21's.

    As for his corners they were better than Baines deliveries had been for virtually the entire season

    LB has been a weak area for us this year. I believe Martinez will give a young player a chance/belief in them (Galloway and Stones and to a lesser extent Barkley) so maybe we will never know the reason for him going (if he goes)
