that's true beefy. the qpr lot are not a tolerant bunch though... they still claim that ALL norwich fans wanted them to get a point deduction, despite people showing them links to numerous threads disproving this

to be fair, the tickets are very expensive as its our opening home game, so its branded 'category A'

 

Plus FCR has not been a happy hunting ground for the Hoops recently. Hopefully we will be able to cheer the lads on to the first half of our traditional double over QPR.

 

I may have cursed it I'm afraid, I managed to get tickets in the end.

Let me explain:

last season went to 2 home games. West Brom and Liverpool.
Season before went to Watford, Hull and Portsmouth.
L1 Season, Colchester and quite a few others, so not so bad.


Also, when I go with others we seem to do badly. I am taking my Nephew for his frist time and my brother-in-law. Gulp.

 

And I condemn the fact you were banned. However, I was banned from here for even less so you can't say there's any difference Beef.

They banned me because the moderators on the QPR board have got the intelligence of the cast of the only was in Essex, and apparently didn't take kindly to the fact I pointed out Bradley Johnson didn't fall over, which he didn't.

 

In the Joey Barton incident? If that's the case, and I've no reason to dis-believe you, then banning you was ridiculous in the extreme.

Unfortunately its a symptom of these Boards that opposing fans who visit for a bit of a wind up and light hearted banter are banned the moment some crybaby starts crying to the Mods. It seems like that was the scenario in your case too.

That's the way they dressed it up but I was framed. They just fitted me up with some out of context sentence that was meant as a joke and wasn't even directed at them.

And are you sure that's all Beef said over on the QPR Board? Maybe he was running amok trying to start arguments? I don't know because I can't remember it but as far as I'm concerned, there should be a lot more lee-way given to a bit of toing and froing amongst rival fans. After all, isn't that what makes these Blogs so much fun?

 

i have no idea what beefy said - i take his word on it - but i did read what you put. frankly, i find it ridiculous that we have to have mods in place to keep things in check, but the reality is they do a good job on our board in their spare time - they deserve a bit more respect, especially from opposition fans looking for an easy wind up.

 

Frankly I wear my QPR ban as a badge of honor. Love it.
