    He could be in both a north east XI and a Yorkshire XI , as far as i'm aware boro is in the north east (region wise), but is in the county of north yorkshire?

    And yeah Barmby has to be in that!

    Only the southern suburbs of Middlesbrough are in parish counties in North Yorkshire now I think. Or some **** like that.

    Kyles Walker and Naughton both candidates for one of the fullback positions in this side. Not sure how I forgot about them.

    Downing lived on the Pallister housing estate in east Middlesbrough, which according to wiki, is in the ceremonial county of North Yorkshire.

    You can't have Johnson though, he's from Sunderland.

    Ah right, assumed Johnson was a boro lad with him going through their academy, gutted! Downing the better of the two IMO anyway.
