Hi all,

After nearly winning the Glorious Goodwood comp a couple weeks ago I mentioned that I would be happy to run the next one. York starts on Wednesday and I will be home to watch the racing and can run the comp. I was thinking of running it like the Royal Ascot one I think where you can have one selection per race and I'll put in a couple of ways of winning extra bonus points. Thoughts about this or other ideas welcomed.

The only competition that's worthwhile is the betting bank competition. The one where they award the same amount of points regardless of the price of the horse doesn't make any sense to me. As you'll probably win if you just pick the favourite every race and nap the shortest one

I quite like the idea of £100 a day for win and ew singles only as it replicates how most would back or 3 horses a day to have either £100 win or £50 ew on each.

Your call though Mick - I am sure it will be appreciated however you choose run it.

Will we be limited to staking £100 per day or may profit be re-invested? Purely hypothetical question in my case <laugh>
