great news, but why only 4, and more to the ,point what where they doing amongst the sand dunes, i think we should be told, anyway once our intrepid 4 have reported back and started training, it will be the time for a light run from dolgellau for the whole squad, management and what is left of our directors. the run will be from dolly to fairbourne railway terminus where light refreshments may be taken, to be followed by a run to arthog and back to dolly via cader idris. it is possible roland and gt may be slightly winded by their climb up cader, so the coach will pick both up at cross foxes in return roland will be persuaded to unlock, unshackle and unbolt his ever ready wallet at the cann office inn at llangadfan on the return journey. now that is training. oh league 1 where is thy sting!!
