Mannone distribution is shocking and nobody else seems to be able to pass it today

Newcastle and Swansea winning very comfortably and I expect Norwich to beat Villa.

    We need to win today.

I see Sam is playing for the draw but **** me sort that front three out. Long balls to a tiny little front man with a 6ft 1" CF on the ****ing wing. No wonder everything is coming straight back<doh>

Draws won't cut it. I can't believe any manager would be happy with a draw in our situation.

Playing tight and looking to win on the break. Is that the same as going for an away draw?

    Bugger. Villa just scored.

So n'doye gets a yellow for an honest jump fir the ball. Henderson gets nothing fir a blatant trip from behind? Fair refereeing I see

The good thing against Man C was that we were playing balls along the ground and it was our players who are receiving them. Today we are playing long balls and the few passes we try keep getting picked up by liverpool players

Yeh, that drags Naarich down into the mix. But the maths (not meths) in my head tells me 4 points dropped is better than 3.

We've been forced too deep because we can't get on the ball outside our box. Every long ball to defo, possession is lost and liverpool have it in our final third again within seconds. There's just no time for our defence to push out. We can't play it out of the box so it would be suicide, so all they can do is clear it to Defoe. At least if N'Doye is in the middle there's a chance of retaining the ball so the defence can push out and take a higher line.

Silly from Khazri but Clyne did exactly the same to him in the first half and it was a corner!

    Thought that was in mind

Should've scored mind. Defoe with a one track mind when easy pass was on to Khazri! Don't mind a striker being greedy though
