Farokh Engineer - great Indian wicketkeeper/batsman of the 60's & 70's. Thought you were a cricket fan?
But you're right it doesn't fit this game - neither did your post 'engineer' though.
How so meddling to engineer how doesnt it fit? I did ask early in the thread for clarification
I knew the cricketer of course , just was not understanding how it fitted in was all
I dont think I understand whether the last 2 letters have to be the first 2 letters in the next word or not !
I think if it is meant to be the first 2 letters we have a few mistakes earlier !

Last 3 letters of meddling = ing, first 3 letters of engineer = eng. You can use the last 2,3 or 4 letters of the first word to create the first 2,3 or 4 of the second word.
