That is dire on all accounts! What kind of service are they offering? It all seems like a total mess. It's hardly promoting a great image or indeed making people want to take up these ridiculous loyalty schemes. Loyalty schemes work and can be really beneficial to all parties - but there's a key thing in them in that BOTH parties have to be LOYAL. That means honouring what you promise, something that WWFC at the moment don't seem able to do. It's such a turn off for potential customers out there. Completely inept.
