Maybe you're right. If it was me, I'd change the system long enough to make it look like the move to 4231 was my tactical master stroke and not something I inherited. Perhaps its my ego that's the problem then....
It started to go wrong against Wolves before the sending off as I recall, Wolves started pulling our defense into disarray from when they were forced to make a substitution, and brought on another striker for a MF player. Your team looks much too weak defensively to me, I'd go: ----------------------Cerny----------------- Onouha------Fedinand-------Hill---------Traore ---------------Barton---Derry---------------- ----------Cisse-------Buz---------------Adel ----------------------Zamora--------------- And Zamora will not be alone up front, as Cisse in particular would be getting into the box with him. All the front 4 need to interchange in attack, and everyone except perhaps 1 man, behind the ball when we lose it. I'd start with Derry to be on the safe side and bring on Diakite when his legs start to tire.
I didn't see the full game myself so can't really comment, but it's worth mentioning amidst all this SWP-baiting that in the match report in today's Guardian they actually awarded him Man Of The Match. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/mar/04/qpr-everton-premier-league
