    Hes very anti Ferdinand.

Ferdinand was covering a lot for Onuoha who had a bad game and was out of position a lot.

Great post Col I had an awful online link or should I say links as they kept on getting closed down and probably only saw 55 mins in total but remarkably saw all 5 goals but missed out on the celebrations.

I'm not totally convinced with Ferdinand in general so I am pleased if he has upped he's game but prefer Hill alongside Onuoha, however on Saturday Anton should be preferred as he is playing against his old club and players usually play better in these circumstances. Also from what I saw Zamora did what he could when the ball came to him, I think his off the ball work goes a little unnoticed.

Really though, Gary Lineker and co. started using this 'watershed' moment phrase on MOTD after the game and now everyone is using it. This must stop or it will jinx the team. Still got some monumental games coming up this season, and I think the aim from the lads should be not to lose any of the remaining 9. Got to cheer on the lads loud now for the rest of the season. Could do with a win tomorrow.....

Please Martin O'Neil, give us mercy!!!!!!!!

You couldn't be further from the mark mate. Firstly I was at the game, secondly I'm not dependent on poor Internet streams to watch the R's. I have every QPR game in HD and watch them on a 90" screen, recorded this one on the PVR so no problem catching Derrys wayward passing during the first half. Problem was he gave it away in far more dangerous territory than Diakite and Barton, two was just outside the centre of our area.

It's not seeing things different Col, it's purely facts. That said, Derry was among our top three performers alongside Kenny and Taarabt/Diakite for me. I said in my first post that his performance increased in the second half.
Everything else in your report took me back to the match vividly, great read. Out of interest, do you write everything from memory or do you use notes/video highlights? Keep up the good work <ok>

All from memory mate, with a little help from my sons. I usually mull over what happened for a day or so and then try to give as honest an account as I can. Obviously, from memory, I'm not going to remember every stray pass etc, but I like to rely on the impression I got at the game.

Good man, I try to live by this example when it comes to posting here, especially after defeats. Not always that easy ;)

But I struggle to see how you can say we saw it differently after my first post:
Just wanted to point out that Derry missed some passes early on, not that he was ****. Both by memory and watching the entire game over again.

Really did, amazing stuff. This was the match I HAD to get to right from when the fixtures was released. Almost all my best mates are Liverpool fans, must have watched somewhere between 100-200 Liverpool matches the past ten years, would have preferred waterboarding to be perfectly honest! So this was payback, BIG TIME :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Well ,everybody in rangers yeam was misspassing early on because of the liverpool's enormous pressing. After fiftheen minutes the match was evening up. After that Derry was just clinical.

Christ Norway, a 90" screen! Do you live in a converted cinema?? You'd have to be sitting in Sweden to focus on a screen that large

Not a converted cinema but made my own film/footie room, films are my other obsession alongside the R's. Well it's only 88" (use a projector), might have exagerated a bit ;)

I believe i have a 92" screen norway......... Well, we have to have big screens here in scandinavia and because of that and HD Picture we could see things clearer and could write here the "real truth" ;)

The big screens are honestly not trying to disguise our other "shortcomings", honestly :emoticon-0136-giggl

Christ Norway 92 inches! That's nearly 8 feet, yo gotta be boasting :emoticon-0119-puke:

And I was so proud of my new 46 incher! Still we have less room in Oslo than down south big country!

You chose your game real well - I had planned in Liverpool too, but the postponement for The F*kk all Cup screwed that! You going for Spurs? - that's my next one - a mid table game where we can try out some young players I hope, but doubt!

Your post is a good reminder that we were still cr*p for the major part of the Pool game and our comeback tho fatastic, was helped by Pool's own collapse. Hope MH isn't letting the lads think they are now world beaters and that they take Sunderland extremely serious - should't be too hard!

Col! I have neglected to congratulate your great match report - but please except my late praise now! Very well described, thought out, and laid out for us to see the game if for the first time, or compare with our own various impresssions.:smiley-finger007:
