Au contraire mon ami. If you apply logic you'll see the truth - and it's a million miles away from Dilli. In short:

1: Minxey had no motive to make this up. Plenty of posts show she and Dilli got on very well.
2: IP addresses aren't conclusive but combine that with post content and (crucially) timings of posts and bingo - you're rumbled. Dex=Dill. FACT.
3: Minxey has an excellent reputation across all the boards. Dilli was ousted as mod for misbehaving - badly.

Mabon has asked to be banned - literally.
