I really don't see him coming to Arsenal. His wages alone would be a huge stumbling block. What is he on at the moment, 200k-250k a week at Man U? We've barely broken the 100k mark with our top players. Saying that, buying Rooney would make perfect commercial sense. Not only on the pitch but his shirt sales alone would make his signing worth while.
With Bendtner and Arshavin gone and Chamakh as good as finished at Arsenal, then I think we've got room to explore some more attacking options. My feeling though is that Sanogo will probably start in the reserves or youth team and hasn't been bought as a straight replacement for any of our first team strikers.
Let's just hope that he goes all out with the transfer money he's been given. He after all deserves a good budget after all the savings he's been making for the Arsenal.
I've no doubt that we're working on trying to secure some 'top top quality' that Wenger has been talking about for the past 5-6 seasons.
Double edged sword SD, bad that we get Rooney, good in that you get to see your mob for free all season
Hahaha, where do they get these ideas from comparing Sanogo with an Ocelot. I didn't even know what an Ocelot was before now.

Was more of an update on his progress in that tournament. That was his fourth goal of the competition and he is just one more goal away from matching the current top goal scorer, Bruma of Portugal.
