Hope I am wrong, but its just so like us to miss out, it looked so positive right up to the last day of the window, and I think we blew it tbh. We have to forget him and move on, and if he does come, see it as a bonus. <ok>

Absolutely but, as Bri has already pointed out, this `info` is from the Chronic and the Mail. Both are notorious for peddling ****e about us at every opportunity. I wouldn`t place any credence in anything those two chip wrappers print.

    Simple as that.

I fully believe he has signed a pre-nup.

I don't think for a second 'fan adoration' is happening in Kazan. They average 6,500, that's not a club to fall in love with.

    It's cold, it's racist, and it's a **** league.

If he plays he an come here bordering on match fit, admittedly at a lower level of competition.

    No drama.

Why would there be nothing official if the contract has been signed already then? Surely from a merchandising point of view it would make sense, that's one reason for, I can't think of any against.

    Nail. Hit. Head.

If he's signed a pre contract then this is only positive for us.

Pretty sure Prenups aren't legally binding by British law.

Dont lots of rich people have pre nups before getting married, and my wife who worked all her time in the legal profession tells me they are legally binding.

I know we are not actually marrying M'Vila, although there are some on here wish they could.<laugh>

That's not a bad idea actually let's find him a nice Sunderland lass to marry. If he doesn't swing that way then I guess I'll file for divorce and take one for the team. Nads better not stand up in church and object to the wedding.

Can't help feeling, as we are safc, that he will be playing, remain match fit, be superb, gets away in January, we find there is no pre contract in place, and then we meekly stand aside and watch him get snapped up by West Brom or Stoke or similar. Yeah that's really looking on the downside, but it will make it really good if he does end up with us.

    Copied from the echo today:

Sunderland do have a pre-contract agreement in place with M’Vila for when his contract runs out in January

    Rubin Kazan playing tonight.

    No M`Vila in 1st eleven.
Not on bench either. (12 subs listed)

Read into that what you will.

12 subs? the other side have listed 10. That`s a lot of bench.
