No video just reported what I saw. When I say grass, I mean a grass verge in the street. I reckon it all depends which member of the constabulary you report it to, some listen others might not.
Where I live the horse and carts are a nightmare, not to mention the souped up combine harvesters. Then there's that 179 year old selfish tw@t, Miles from London, don't get me started about him insisting on his gravestone being placed on the side of the road.
