Couldn't pick anyone yet but if pushed I would shortlist 5am and The Brooks. I was a big fan of the Everly Bros and we've had nothing like them since. Maybe The Brooks could fill that gap. Of the outsiders maybe Samantha Atkinson at 80/1 with a lay off if she gets through the next stage.

The problem at this stage is guessing what they will be like when asked to sing out of their comfort zone.

Outsider gone but 5AM at 6/1 (now 4/1) and The Brooks at 8/1 (now available at 20/1) are still there.
Just watching the first Tv show
5AM look good

The only safe bet is to lay Honey G for as much as possible. Shouldn't be there. Irritating and absolutely no chance of winning.

**** me. Just heard the fav, Matt Terry. Brilliant. No wonder he is fav. Down to 9/4. Should have taken the 4/1 as he will be odds on soon.

Talk about one extreme to the other. Bratavio 100/1 should be 1000/1 and therefore another very safe lay bet

Must start making money. For lay bets I'm offering the highest price available

Lay Bratavio for £10k at 1000/1
Lay Honey G for £10k at 40/1
Matt Terry to win £400 at 9/4

PS. Obviously I would't be able to lay such large amounts as there wouldn't be a market for those particular ones.<laugh>

This competition is so riveting I fell asleep and missed half the acts

Just discovered the Brooks Bros have been axed. FFS

Worth watching tonight just to see James Arthur

And also to say good bye to Bratavio

I see money is coming for Honey G (top price 20/1 but as low as 14/1). As her following will keep her in for a few weeks her odds could come down a bit further and then she really will be a great lay bet

Matt Terry now best price 11/8
5AM best price 5/1

I'll be surprised if the winner doesn't come from those 2 acts so £100 on 5AM at 5/1 for insurance

Just watched last night's program. Very pleased as far as my bets go.

Matt Terry to win £400 at 9/4 (now best price 5/4)
5AM to win £100 at 5/1 (now best price 7/2)

Can't stand Honey G. But hope she stays in from a betting viewpoint (I'll fast forward past her). If her odds go down after tonight I will be laying her to win (currently best price 20/1). Money for old rope

Ryan Lawrie, Saara Aalto and Freddy Parker can also be safely laid for those prepared. Lowest odds on offer are 22/1, 25/1 and 50/1 but odds are of 80/1, 80/1 and 125/1 are currently available

Great sing off. ****ing ridiculous - Honey G wouldn't stand a chance in a sing off. I think the Finish girl should go through on that

Surprised Simon went for the public vote after that. But the lad did sing his heart out there and is unlucky to be out when that irritating Honey G is still in.

Top Group. £400 win 5AM at 1/4

£100 5AM at Evs

Honey G now best priced 14/1. Can't go much lower surely, even if she stays in another couple of weeks (God help us).

Time to lay me thinks. I'll lay Honey G at £100 to lose £1400. That will pay for one of my bets

I will continue to lay if she/it shortens in order to pay some other bets. Talk about money for old rope. Who the **** is betting on her to win?
