    It's amazing what the scientists can do these days <ok> I knew they could grow replacement body parts from their 'stem cell' research...... but they can now grow football stadiums <yikes> whatever next?

    The planning permission for the East stand would have expired on 1 March this year (7 years after grant) and should be easy to re-establish. The south stand issue is one that hopefully could be over come with some good architectural design possibly including south east and south west quadrants.

    Don't think the council would approve the South stand re-development on a large scale due to the houses behind. I think their preference would be for us to move out onto the peninsular, where we are out of everyones way. Just cannot see the council agreeing to an application which would see even more people clogging up the small roads in the area with their cars on a match day. Its bad enough already
