I'm 16 and made what was only my second away trip of my life, to your stadium yesterday. I would just like to take the chance to thank the majority of your fan's and the staff and stewards who made me & many other Wycombe fans feel very welcome. It was a great day out, it was shame it was spoiled at the end, but you always get idiots like that everywhere. Good luck for next season, and hopefully we will be joining you. glad you made the trip and nice to see you saw us win,i have been watching the blues home and away for 25 years and yesterday was something special and will live long in my memory,make the most of yesterday because days like that come along every 10 years or so for clubs like ours.
I would like to return the compliment.A fair few Wycombe fans were congratulating us on our promotion before the game. I honestly think we had a promotion hangover which made your task a little easier than it could have been but,you thoroughly deserved your win. It is always nice not worrying about the result of a game when already promoted.Glad i am not in the position of Wycombe or Shrewsbury this weekend. Good luck....
