I personally think this is nowt to get excited about but it looks like it could escalate. "A Newcastle spokesman said the club would not comment but it is understood Taylor could be handed a hefty fine. On top of that, the FA has contacted the Magpies to ask Taylor to explain his actions. He has until Wednesday to respond before the FA decide on whether to charge him with bringing the game into disrepute." You can just guess Taylor's explanation to the FA. "Errrrrr, well, ye kna, am a Geordie ye kna, yer just divvent understand wuh." While I'm on, does anyone else find it cringing when the Mags call him and his mate, Saylor & Raylor
Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end
My reputation is as a loudmouth arrogant argumentative bastard .......... the Mags will never take that away from me
That would have Jail sentence written all over it. I'm out on the 22nd, hope I bump into the ****, I'll plague him till he snaps.
I might hoy a brick over his wall, by the time he acts out that he's been shot by a sniper I'll be miles away.
NAG REPPED! Lucky for Taylor that Sammy's Silky Skills is here to protect him with his own special brand of putting me in my place. These inbreds
The FA has issued a reminder to Mr Steven Taylor of Newcastle United FC in respect of the public nature of social networking websites, and the risk of postings being taken out of context, following a post he made to Twitter of four pictures on 15 November. Steven Taylor has confirmed to The FA that the four pictures he posted on his Twitter account were sent to him by Massadio Haidara. One picture was of Mr Haidara himself, one was of Vurnon Anita, and the other two were selected by Mr Haidara as “lookalikes” of Papiss Cisse and Moussa Sissoko. These facts have also been confirmed by Mr Haidara. All four are players at Newcastle United FC. Mr Taylor posted these pictures on his Twitter account as a response to those teammates laughing at his efforts to learn French. This followed a picture posted earlier by Mr Haidara, apparently of Mr Taylor learning French. In these circumstances, The FA will take no further disciplinary action in respect of this matter.
Which is the right decision .......... he was censured by the FA, however, for his **** sense of humour
What is a homophobic gesture? A footballer accused of making a homophobic gesture to Brighton fans during a Championship match is to face trial. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-25051626
