Don't underestimate Chester .. I suspect we would be looking closer to £4m for him .... and I can't forget the Chelsea game ... particularly as Wigan have since played them off the park on their own patch ... SSL was awful at full-back ... having Gally as 'help' on that side obviously didn't help his cause but Mata made him look like a pub player ...
Im not under estimating him. As i said i havent seen alot of him so i cant say how good he is or not. We could of paid stupid in Jan and got Cameron Stewart but we didnt, looked around a bit and got Ben Marshall who looks alot better deal and everything. Wes Morgan only cost around 1M so why should we pay 4 times the price for another centre half. We need to learn the lessons from Matt Mills. Dont spend massive on 1 players when you in this league. Say we brought Chester for 4M, he would be on a massive wage and if his ego goes through the roof like Mills did. How the bloody hell do we get rid of them. We need to learn the lessons from last summer or we will just under achieve again next year
