I had forgotten about Torchwood but as Southcoast says it does make out that everyone from Cardiff is camp to say the least (there's a few on here that are obviously familiar with the Cardiff gay scene). It also claims that there is a rift in time and space running through Cardiff that allows the scum of the earth to travel through it !! Surely that can't be right ?
