Great place Wrexham. Always enjoyed my visits whether it was football or gigging. Good people and loyal. Just victims of South Wales getting all the investment for decades.

Swansea also a great place. The coastline alone makes it so. Super University and good night life. Had some wild nights at the Patti Pavilion.

I spent a year in Swansea University. They decided they didn't want me back.
Mumbles was fun though. And oystermouth.
Spent a few evenings in Dylan's. And Cinderella's out on the pier.
'82 / 83.

It’s been a bad period for Wrexham with their cup final & play off defeats and losing out to Bradford as the UK Culture City.

Not sure how they were in the running as it’s not got any culture.

Mind you swansea tried as well a few years back and apart from their caravan museum there’s not a lot to visit there, but unsurprisingly lost out [to Coventry].
genuine question here ... Do we now send people we don't like to swansea ? (to be with others we don't like)

nb, apart from their caravan museum they also have Dylan Thomas's carvings outside the railway station Pretty Sh1tty C1ty
