If we proved everyone wrong. 1. Being the side who is bottom at christmas surviving relegation 2. Winning the league cup and surviving relegation when bottom at christmas 3. Winning the league cup and fa cup and surviving relegation when bottom at christmas You know what anything is possible #Dare to Dream
I'm sure 1 is definitely on 2 is a distinct possibility 3 is still in the lap of the Gods yeah but still dare to dream
We're in a National Cup final for the the 3rd time in 40 years of top tier/second tier football, that alone is fantastic, given where we were not long ago. Is it Legendary? Well. there's surely a case; in an eerie sense, we were a bit ****e in '73, laguishing in the second tier before that phenomenal run in the cup, that lead to us scalping Leeds fair and square and Man City are possibly the nearest you can currently get to the Leeds Utd of the 70's. Well ... we have to beat them as well of course ... Also, not long ago, I started a thread '2 wins from a Wembley Final' well, hmmm.... funny how we beat Southampton again to get to this stage ...this FA Cup mularkey on top of everything else is just getting silly now ...just a final musing, do you think Cardiff's loss to Wigan yesterday did more good or cast more dread on their season <gut-feeling>?
#3 for me please. Followed by an open-top bus tour from the o3 Arena to the SoL via Mike Ashley's gaff. Sweeeeet....
