Anyway, how can you class Liverpool as good then? They had El Hajjy dyooof up front.
 
Celts Vigo finished 3rd in their league , Liverpool 3rd in their league and Stuttgart 2nd in their league all qualified for the champions league the following season , Blackburn had just come off beating Arsenal away at the time we beat them but finished up sixth , The team that cheated us in final went on and won the champions league the following season

<laugh> It's always surprised me Liverpool can attract decent footballers, footballers are fond of cars with nice alloys.

Yep we both played stuttgart en route, similar scorelines too <ok>

Lyon first in their league, Stuttgart guess what first in their league guess whos the odd one out, Barcelona - see the difference *****loid?
 
You never got out that group , you even sh@t yourself to play Gretna during that spell , 4 years on you might have a wee bit more in common with Gretna , than that famous cancelled game .

We knocked the reigning champions of Germany out of Europe completely <laugh> Oh dear, Barcelona and Lyon finished ahead of us. They are ****e as well.

The day that group was announced it was confirmed by every european team as being the "group of death" no one would've wanted to be in that group, finishing third and then going on to reach the UEFA cup final was just sheer brilliance.

Your argument is ****, **** off.
