I know it's too early in the season but after one game, and bearing in mind our difficult run of home games.

  • We got lambasted on here by some fans after a defeat at home against a team that should be in and around our final position.
  • Newcastle were hammered (the score flattered them) off a team that will probably win the prem or be in the top three.

Would you swap, first team squad, manager and scouting system with them.

Me, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Depends. Can I have their delusional implant?

I've just looked delusional up in the dictionary and it said: A delusion is a belief held with strong conviction despite superior evidence to the contrary

Yes, describes our friends in the north perfectly.

Yes if the gates are included (and i mean the big metal ones)

From my side of the fence its a 'no' too

It's interesting to hear that from your perspective Albert. Many of my mates who support Newcastle are very negative about your prospects, some at our match and on these boards were incredibly negative about Sunderland's prospects. What is it with our two sets of supporters?

From my perspective, I still think Newcastle, per se, are slightly ahead of Sunderland because they were in the premiership from the onset and had a two year jump on us but I wouldn't swap anything, not just because I bleed red and white, but also because I can see Newcastle stagnating and Sunderland moving forward.

I also think that Ashley is shaping Newcastle's finances to make them an attractive purchase for someone and in doing so he is losing ground with clubs around you.
