No. I did it once about 10 years back and hated it

My tele is on a TV unit which is only about a couple of feet tall
I can sit back and it's in my line of vision
The standard of English literacy is improving throughout Asia. Its not the national language in most of the countries, apart from Singapore (and they probably speak the worst of any of the countries) but generally if people here have been university-educated they generally can understand and speak English. A lot of them will have done the standard English language tests numerous times as they are often a pre-requisite for jobs with foreign companies so they are used to taking these tests. I suspect the Australian nurse thought as she spoke English that she didn't have to practice and failed for that reason.Yeah I got that mate, and knew you weren't having a pop
For me Australia is obviously an english speaking country. Likes of the Philippines and Malaysia (although colonies) still have another national language
But hopefully the point wasnt lost, in that on one hand we have the argument that NHS staff have problems communicating in English whilst someone like the example I gave failed the English test
Doesn't make sense or add up
Slippers clash with the walls to be honest. You may need to get some grey ones. Its only half done. Its not much. But I like it

It's true that you don't know how you'll act in a situation like that until you face it and you could act differently on different days.
I always assumed that if someone robbed me that I'd just hand everything over but when it happened I managed to think calmly and only lose a small amount.
If I had had a few more beers though there's a good chance I would have got myself hurt, or if I was feeling down I might have just handed things over perhaps. You just don't know.
In my opinion when you face a situation like that your brain will work quicker than you act in assessing all the factors and then you'll go on instinct.
Shut the **** up fosse. I have no problem with you taking the piss man.
As for your second part, we all deal with things differently, just like this thread has proved.
My old mate billy (rip) let the past dwell on him. I just blank it all out and crack on.
