....ace Ipswich in the semi's or final?

If I could choose I would say semi's as I couldn't bear a final and lose to them!

Zogean is that meant to be "face" Ipswich in the...? If it's ace Ipswich then i'll take the final thank you very much!
I know what you mean about the potential of losing to them in a final but it would be the biggest game in Old Farm history!
My fear is that if they did win it, all of a sudden the binmen would have something to get excited about that's in colour.

Semi's. A one off game can turn on a bad refereeing decision or a moment of madness. Over two matches our class should prevail. Plus in the semi's we get to beat them twice not just once.

The final for me, it would a day to remember or to forget and would once and for all show who the best team in East Anglia is, regardless of past history ;)

I agree that the result could hinge on a slip or a dodgy decision, so would rather ace them in the semis!!!

Mods - can you add a poll to this thread???

I'm torn. For peace of mind and the one I think we're most likely to win, semis would clearly be better.

But what a day that would be if it were the play-off final. It would be such a great story, win or lose, though agonising...

If I was 100% sure we would beat them, it would have to be the final, if we got there. But tbh I'd rather not play them at all.

Annoyingly Ipswich are the only team I feel comfortable beating out of the other 3 in the playoffs. So I'd like them in the final as that means we've beaten much harder competition over 2 legs. I could totally see us losing to Boro and it'd be a struggle to get past Derby, though their form has been awful of late.

Phew, tough one. Would hate to lose to them at any stage but the final would be a killer. Agree with Colk in that Boro and Derby would be tough. I never wanted the play-offs and now we are stuck with them. Bugger!
