I must admit it would be better to see MM squirming on sky sports when they lose in the play off final than watching them on the football league show. Just cant stand the thought of BR and MM both in the prem, both with welsh teams.
i dunno...BR was the baddy til Malky became the baddy..we may need another baddy before he's fogotten! lol
I never want Watford to get beaten in ordinary circumstances but since this is only pretend anyway and does not affect the real world then I would not mind if we lost to Middlesboro so long as we finished only one place down - more than that and I would not want it. Do not want to risk the unthinkable happening - Cardiff only just lost the League Cup final - I would not bet against them if they get to Wembley again - and for all you Welsh haters surely you do not want to see a Welsh team back at Wembely - twice in one year?
NO! Why would we lose a game to hinder cardiff, that makes us bad people. I would rather win and shove in his face the fact we had more points than last season.
I bet you $20 MXP, high wagers I know, that Cardiff won't be at Wemblely stadium any time soon. Unless MM arranges a tour.
I am "bad people" so am happy to hinder not Cardiff but MM - he cared nothing for us when he left so he is owed one season of Dislike from us - in my book (but not in Mitch's apparently )
Agreed The only thing we may differ on is the definition of 'one season'. To me, a season constitutes 46 games - so we only have 44 matches left against him, regardless of which team he may be in charge of, in which to continue registering our Dislike. Carry a grudge? Qui, moi? Never..........
If results stay as they are the 6th place is more likely to be between Blackpool and Boro with both drawing at home whilst Cardiff are 2 up and have Leeds/Palace to play.

People are posting 'under no circumstance would I want Watford to lose' Utter tosh. Imagine the scenario. We are mid-table and safe on the final day of the season. Luton are in the same division as us (so this wont be reality for a good while yet) but on the brink of relegation, and must beat another teams results (let's say for this case its Aston Villa) to survive. We're playing Aston Villa on the final day of the season. Surely we would want us to lose to send our local rivals down?? I think a similar situation happened when Man Utd won the treble a while back. They had to match Arsenal's result on the last day of the season to take the Premier League Title, so a win would be enough. Coincidentally, Man Utd were at home to Spurs on the last day. I think many Spurs fans that day would have been Man Utd fans for a game. Man Utd would go on to win, albeit after Spurs had taken the lead. Tough dilemma for any fan.
I would never want WFC to have that attitude. I would want them to try and win every single match. If we happened to loose then so be it.
Fair enough Dan, I just think in such an extreme circumstance a majority of fans wouldn't mind it if we lost. I may be wrong.
