would we want him

No.

He's a legend in his own mind. To everyone else, he's a bog standard footballer with his head up his backside. What sort of message would it send out to our under 21 team who are doing so well, if we signed this berk ahead of giving one of them a chance ??

Why is this even a question? Seriously I ain't being rude.

Spurf ... you seriously think he'd be better than Defoe and Adebayor?

He has underwhelmed at all his clubs ... in a big way.

No! <laugh> obviously not enough said.

No I don't want him <ok>

I'd much rather have Harry Kane over Bendtner.

I cannot stand him and his sheer arrogance. He is an individual that has a lot of talent, but has the work rate of a sloth.

There used to be an urban myth that male wheel chair athletes that were paralysed below the waist would staple their balls to the wheel chair seat in order to raise their adrenalin levels... at the end of the race they had to use a staple remover...

The only way Bendtner should be at whl is if his balls are stapled and unstapled to the cross bar as part of the ht entertainment!

Bentdner!! Yes. He represents "marquee" perfectly! Snap him up!! <laugh>

He's got a massive ego and rates himself far greater than his talent demonstrates, his insistence that he should be first on the team sheet caused problems at Arsenal, but he is actually not a bad player.

Thing is you've already got a striker with a massive ego and he's probably the better player, so I don't see the point of Spurs signing him.

To be fair, I just read a bit of the article on Sky Sports and although it was just skim reading, I didn't see anything about moving to Spurs. It was along the lines of he'd consider a move to a London club if the offer was right and how others have moved to rival clubs in the past but I'm pretty sure there was no real mention of Spurs. Obviously Spurs would be ONE of them London clubs but Chelsea, QPR & Fulham could also be in that bracket.

If we had 'Arry I'd back him to get the best out of Bendtner. Even then you'd have to give him lots of game time and with Defoe and Ade already after all the minutes on the pitch that they can get it'd be one in one out with Bendtner arriving.

In short. No, no, no, no, nooooooo.
