Can't think of any but for MP it could be a case of ****ty, short contract working for a pair of twats with a club nailed-on to go down vs reasonable contract, decent owners, working with folk he knows, club with half a chance of promotion. Point is though SB hasn't called for him.
I think you're barking up the wrong tree, Happy. The players publicly stated their wish to have MP in charge. Someone else is to blame...
Yet they aren't performing under him. Either they can't be arsed, or he's not up to the job of managing or coaching a squad of players as the gaffer. Its deffo him to blame.
Think Phelo needs PL manager on his resumay for a year or so, before taking over from Shaun Daesh at Burnley.
So it's definitely nothing to do with him being given a ridiculously tight budget and little time to spend it? That's assuming he even had those options.
I thought the Allams focused on running the club the same as they would any business - cost cutting, improved performance and customer satisfaction are just three of the basic business strands that might be included in their business plan. If the last three years bear testimony to how their beliefs should be achieved then it also bears testimony to how utterly inept they are. The Allams are not Venture Capitalists, they may be Vietcong, but they are certainly not Venture Capitalists. People move towards opportunity, job satisfaction and security; that explains why we are losing our best administrators and why we have lost the backbone of our coaching staff. I don't care where anyone has worked, this has nothing to do with cost cutting, it is no more than a symptom of a much deeper problem.
You mean the one that got a team promoted out of the division they are trying to get promoted out of ?
