ha! good to see i'm not alone then. he's just totally classless, any time he can he fouls another player, he's got no shame in cheating. can't stand him.
It's easy to criticise, as it is ugly football....but it wins them points and matches..... Surely if we had the same type of players and attributes it would be very fooliosh to not play to those strengths
If it keeps them up fair do's, may not like it but it's the oppositions job to stop them doing it. Dear God we are sounding like Arsene Whinger and his mob and the only way to play football is Arsenals way. Teams have to play to their strengths, we have done it in the past and I will lay you odds we will do it again in the future.
true, but every time we do, we aspire to something better. stoke tried to play more football, and brought in tuncay and gudjohnsen, then gave up when they realised the rest of the squad weren't footballers. rather than aspire to progress, play better stuff and move up the table (us, bolton), they are happy to play awful football, bludgeoning teams out of the way to stop up in the premier league. look at it this way, they will probably stay up this season, and blackpool may go down. i know who i'd rather watch, who plays more in the spirit of the game, and at the end of the day, football is about footballing ability, it's entertainment, not about who has the longest throw.
