    Theoklitos
    Sutch Stefanovic-Velasco-Colin
    Chadwick-Fotheringham-Brellier
    Strihavka-Siberski-Thorne

I've been a little creative with positions, but <yikes>

That is a truly woeful side! I quite liked Sponge though.Central midfield resembles a Polo mint!

If I saw that side line up, I would seriously consider stopping following City.
That line up puts the fear of God into me, and not in a good way either <yikes>

I'd have Raymond de Waard and Shaun Carey in there, without any doubt. Victor Segura wouldn't be too far away. Nor Ulf Ottoson <yikes>
Whoever suggested Zema Abbey, I thought that was a little harsh - compared to some of the utter dross mentioned on the thread.

    ruddy

    whittaker, turner, bassong, garrido

    snodgrass, johnson, howson, redmond

    van wolfswinkel, elmander

if you read any norwich forum or twitter for long enough, an outsider would probably suggest this is our worst ever eleven, judging by the amount of abuse these players have received, some on a regular basis, since being brought to the club!

meanwhile, back in the real world:

    theoklitos

    louis-jean, scott, walsh, derveld

    dalglish, brellier, jarrett, de waard

    coney, sheron

subs: fotheringham, chris brown, eagle, sibierski, broughton

Good Lord, I got shivers just looking at that team.

Centre-midfield partnership of Brellier and Jarrett is simply not worth thinking about.

serious question: where do we think in the league ladder would that above team realistically finish?

i reckon you'd be looking at around 16th in league two.

the first team i selected is good enough to hold their own and probably stay up in the premier league. keeps things in perspective, eh...

For me, Super's team just about has the 'worst' edge. They are both truly despairing line ups <wah>

some truely shocking players in there. i didn't realise until recently fotheringham was playing in League one on a regular basis for Notts County.
there's probably some other shockers from the championship relegation season, certainly there were an awful lot of awful loans - siberski, Lee (he was ok), Gow, Carney (sp?) etc etc

Serious question here, not trying to start up anything so please don't descend into the main topic of the last few months, but who would the worse manager to lead this team?

    Grant or rodent?

The Rodent for me out of those two. John Deehan and Gary Megson deserve consideration though.

Which would still make them better than my nomination - the entire team of 1956/57 who finished bottom of what is now the 2nd Division, would have been relegated to the Conference, had such a thing existed, caused us to have to apply for re-election to the Football League and bankrupted the club at the same time. Charlie Billington and Cameron Buchanan made any other players mentioned above look like Lionel Messi !!!

Bit harsh mate, I know he wasn't a great goalscorer, and looked clumsy at times, but he was a great foil for Flecky in the late 80's and was nowhere near as bad as legend would have us believe.

Agreed. Like the much-maligned Chadders, not quite as bad as they initially. Chadwick was a decent lower-half of the Championship standard and very good in League 1 (as evidenced by recent form).

He only made my team based on his injury record. 17 appearances across 3 seasons I think!
