Came as a surprise to me. Thought we had lost opening 2 on several occasions in recent past

Exactly MFC as we're always slow starters so can only assume they mean on the -4 GD?
Given that you had such a diabolical run of results from 1st January 2013, how many games do you need to win between now and the New Year to ensure it is not the worst set of results in a calendar year? (Genuine question, something I have been thinking about for the last few days)
See where we stand end of September.
We're only 3 pts worse off than this time last season and then got ourselves into playoffs (I'll ignore what happened after that).
My main concern with Lomas is that he appears to be playing players out of position. He's brought in some decent players Chaplow, Bailey who are easily better than what we had so no room for sentiment stick them in the middle where they will be effective and drop the players from last season.
There are very few from last season who deserve a starting place in team and frankly i don't care if leaving them out upsets them. They don't warrant a place.
