It's like you get your opinions from FM! Yoshi has been one of the reasons, and Boruc, that our defense has become very decent of late. For me, he is our best central defender, a bit dodgy on the deck but, pure anticipation and reading of the game, him and Clyne are easily the best two.
Tough this. N.Guessan was awesome for the Imps so haven't voted for him. Would've been De Ridder becuase he's a D2 player in quality but he did get the equaliser against Reading which may well have been THAT vital point. So I voted for Mayuka because he has cost us money but under 2 managers is not good enough (in their professional eyes) to warrant a game every now and again.
Sorry, but I really don't see it. The second half of the season (i.e. after Fox took over form Harding) we never produced the same form we did in the first half and even then I was moaning about his weird positional sense. No, I think he was poor even then and not just poor actually but woeful at times. The one thing he was always good at though were his free kicks and especially his corners. As I said earlier I can never quite understand how two people can watch the same games and come up with such different opinions but there it is. If we all felt the same this forum wouldn't exist!
Can depend on your starting point...if you dislike a player that is all you see. People forgive Lallana anything...he has earnt himself time.
Thats a good point, its easier to see the things back up your opinion and ignore or forget the other stuff.
Have a second look at when Fox took over from Harding. By second half, do you mean from September? We shouldn't get into the Fox v Harding thing again really as that's been done to death. Fox was poor "at times", but he was good more than he was poor last season. Perfectly adequate for the championship, not good enough for the prem, whereas Harding will prove to be only in and out if a championship side.
I might be in a minority of one but I 99% disagree with you, the exception being that I do think that Harding isn't Premier class. It was interesting that Fox didn't play until Harding got injured. One can only assume that was because the management felt that Harding was playing too well to drop. Actually, maybe 98% because I'm not sure that Harding is always first choice at Forest. I think we are going to have to agree to disagree on this one, otherwise we'll be accusing each other of knowing nothing about football
Nicely dropped in at the end We'll agree to disagree then. I'll just add that it Forests 7 game winning streak didn't involve Harding in the team or in the bench
