As was suggested in the 'BG' thread.....

I think that worst should encompass not only their relative skill, but any other negative impact they had (eg Bruce Grobellar?)

No surprises for starters from me: Alan Rough and Peter Bonetti.

Also special mention for John Burridge, who played for 29 clubs over 30 years and did serious damage to every town he moved into - by stripping the shelves of pies!!!!

These threads are always harsh on keepers SD, unfairly really, their errors ending with the ultimate punishment, comes with the territory I guess...lets see if we can find Spurcat on youtube! :D
 
Rather than one-off mistakes, I was hoping more of a focus on those keepers you look at over a career and think 'how the **** did they get a gig???'...........
 
sometimes i wonder how ian walker got england caps.
He was abysmal at penalties, i don't think i ever saw him even dive the right way let alone save one.

Someone who always dives the wrong way would be great to have in training.

Look here, just study very carefully what he does, and do the opposite.

This Keeper should be locked-the-uck-up. It looks to me as if he had backed himshelf to concede at that point in the game., or he (the keeper) may have had a large sum on the scorer to score :undecided:. He may just be a numty but either way this goal is 'just a crime'<doh> . He should've got time in the cells. <laugh>

I always forget that he DID get caps for England

never, Never, NEVER have I seen a keeper smile so much after conceding. That perma-****ing-grin he had after he let in every ****ing goal still rankles me to this day.
