What about portsmouth? Most of that looks like **** with the stadium being one of the nicest features of it. Liverpool is also a **** hole. I couldn't believe it was named the city of culture. Most houses near anfield are all boarded up with bits of glass and other random items scattered throughout the streets (I saw a shopping trolley with several dirty nappies in). Manchesters no better either. Most of it looks like bits of liverpool but the city centre and the trafford centre make up for the rest of it.

As much as I like to be different, I'm afraid I'm going to have to add another vote for Luton. I don't know what goes on there, but the minute I stepped out of the train station, all I could smell was weed. I thought the airport was quite nice, the only part for me. Even the hotel didn't cook the meals so we were served with cold fish and chips :( Also recently travelled through an estate in Leeds which I thought looked very grim (I don't know which estate it was) and some of the houses in Liverpool are just in such an unmentionable state. Thats all that springs to mind really apart from the usual areas of London aswell as closer to home with Orchard Park and Preston Road ect, which to be fair are no where near as bad as the aforementioned places.

The reason we survived the Blitz was because the East End was better after Hitler bombed it!
