    Dont know what he is complaining about. He says "if he has the right tools...." Based on the last 8 games I would suggest he already has a team of right tools.

    You could just imagine before the press conference.

    PR - "Right, John, we've written a few letters, conned Colo into signing one and the feeling we're getting is that, in spite of the garbage, we may get support Saturday. So between the game and now, you have one press conference. All we need you to do is be NORMAL. Completely and utterly normal, humble and just seem genuine. No crazy claims, no crazy gestures, just normal. Ok?"
