Not so long ago it was correctly stated that City had never won on penalties, never played at Wembley, never played in an FA Cup final, and never played in the top division. Unlike Rovertiger's wardrobe, things can change. :emoticon-0100-smile

Wales was poor, they gave it their all but didn't have enough quality, Bale is a spent force like Ramsey, both were poor in the game. Hopefully, England can get the win tonight, so a 2 am game for me, I just hope it's worth it getting up at that time..

I’ve just woken up to this news, whilst I’m glad Wales lost, we still have to beat USA.
I’m sure Wales will be up for their World Cup Final, the same as the Scots were up for their game at the Euros last year.

“Our players deserve to be supported. We want to play for the fans.”

Wonder if Hennessy, being 3 inches taller than Ward, might have got to that Iran strike? It'd be good to think he would have. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Don't remember the Scots being up for it particularly, it's more that England really weren't up for it at all.

The pitch was less than perfect when Qatari officials ordered the sprinklers to be turned off.
