I can live with that quite happily.
I try to buy locally produced Gins, it was announced recently that in the last 2 years the Revenue here had issued licences to something like 70 new Gin Distillery's compared to none in the previous 50 years........
Just finished a bottle called "Wild Burrow" Gin from Rabbit Island in West Cork. Also on the go a Gin called Boyles from Lismore in West Waterford named after Robert Boyle an alchemist and one of the fathers of modern chemistry who lived in West Waterford........see there's a story with every bottle.
Tonic of choice is Fever Tree, their Elderflower is rather nice as is the Mediterranean.......
