Talking of Milk .... I haven't done many polls .... I'm assuming do one with all countries in order of groups... then explain you can only vote for 2 in each group of 4.

Can I then count up and do a new poll in same thread for knockouts or what?

Can only have one poll per thread so probably one thread per group. Put a time limit on the polls.

normally you just ignore the poll and decide who you want through. So a bit like VAR really <laugh>
