Rose comically at fault with their goal and Sterling already proving he's not **** for just the occasional game - he goes for the whole tournament

 

After a really good tournament, Stones is starting to look like his old self.

So predictable. Can we please just bin sterling and see what it’s like to have someone else partner Kane?
In 6 matches before today I can’t remember Kane actually having a proper shooting chance at goal from a decent position.

 

Assuming red cards don't carry onto club games, Eric's best contribution today could be to kick Hazard into row Z

Sterling passes to Kane at last and Kane flufs it. He thinks its August already

 

We would have been better off with someone like Troy Deeney or Crouch...who has got a good touch on him.

It’s been so long since he’s had a proper scoring opportunity he’s forgotten how to strike a ball!

 

It’s more Sterling’s selfishness over the tournament and his clear lack of intelligence that’s resulted in Kane not being able to play in his natural position that’s annoyed me. So many times we’ve seen Kane trying to provide flick ons, or having to come and get the ball from deeper positions because he’s getting very little service.

 

And still Sterling starts...

 

Sterling cant put in a decent cross either. Are there no bounds to this mans game.

 

Couldn't trap a bag of cement either. ****ing hell.
