I agree with you, SD. Just saying it doesn't necessarily have to seen as a negative, as long as it is managed right after the event it could kickstart some further investment. Would we (this forum and the British media in general) be talking about Brazil in this context if the World Cup hadn't been there this year? in the last few years all i've seen reported is Brazil as an up and coming economy.
