Since I'm not sure I want to commit to take part in the Spurs Prediction League or All teams League, despite owing you all a miserable showing in one or both, I'll tell you what my process was for this one, insofar as I had one, on the chance it has any value: I didn't have a system, but I did have a principle: first guess, best guess. I typed the first thing that came into what passes for my mind with only two exceptions, both England games I got no points for.

Thanks very much, SD, for creating something I would have enjoyed even if I hadn't hit a few lucky streaks. Thanks also to everyone who took part, from those who would have caught me had the World Cup gone on a week or two longer to the ones who would have had no luck at all if they didn't have bad luck.

I especially enjoyed the gracious and funny comments. Spurs not606 posters happen to be the best group of people I know that I'm not related to.

<cheers>

(Edit)

RWAEB, the only American presence at the World Cup! <laugh>
<ok>

:biggrin:<wah>

I'll tell you what, If we can just find a head coach who can get us to give 110% for all 60 minutes, we can nip this losing to places I didn't even know existed thing in the butt, make the playoffs and give Old England a run for their Euros.
