I think the American Budweiser isn’t as terrible as some people say it is. The beer ‘puritans’ point to the Czech Budweiser Budvar as the only true Bud. Taken purely on its taste, I would rate it as better than Carling or Fosters, but not as nice as the likes of Kronenbourg or Carlsberg Export or the Estrellas
actually thinking about it, on the day on the autobahn it was "delicious" cool and wet and did / must have had a taste! but ... I did try some later and marked it off as just another tasteless lager. I did after a trip to France bring back a load of Bier d' Alsace and only drunk a couple bottles [ they were litre bottles back then 1970' 80's ] Only stuff I brought back after that was Leffe or Trappist 2 or 3, 1 was strong but 2 &3 hit the spot1 would drink 2 @ 3 followed by 2 @ 2 .............. anything consumed after was a waste!!!!!
and some! interesting though was the ball over or not! So far no angle shown straight down the line ..... of course these " decisions that may be a bit wrong" even out eventually! There has been a few fouls given as unfair not actually a foul or both being as bad as one another that has resulted in an unfair advantage .... Ronaldo for one!
