Ironic that pogba shouldn't have been on the pitch to win the pen and get the other red.

The ref has won it for them.

He's been put out of his misery now, and so have Honduras, 1-0 France!

Ridiculously biased commentary in favour of France. They were virtually celebrating when pogba wasn't sent off. A clear red and the so called experts all saying it wasn't except savage. Beckham sent off for the same thing. The ref is ridiculously pro France.

So much for all that goal-line technology!

Lol, that wasn't over the line.

It was never totally over the line, what a joke, thanks Blatter.

From the replays it didn't look conclusively & completely over the line.

Sorry to disagree Flyer, but I thought the keeper took it over. In the air it looked over.

It was right though, the first shot that hit the post was no goal and the keeper blundered it over the line which was a goal. The commentators didn't understand the technology was judging both the shot and the blunder separately...

Isn't that the point of the GL technology ? To make it conclusive.

5 different angles and not one showed it over the line. What a joke.

Pearce and keone must be the thickest commentary team ever. Pearce is still going on about it! It was no goal when it hit the post and then a goal off the keeper. Two correct decisions. And as for keone moaning about reckless challenges? Oh the irony!

Seems like one camera angle said "no", yet another said "yes" - so what do they do then?

But it didn't look completely over the line when the keeper fumbled it back. Would like to see the overhead camera replay again

You all must have missed the computer generated picture that showed the ball over the line.

It was looking at the original shot, correctly marked no goal ( on the upright), and then the bundle over by the keeper, IMO, correctly marked goal, in the air where he tried to grab it.
    2 different decisions, both correct

But it wasn't as there wasn't a single shot of it over the line. Its supposed to help the ref see what we can see at home. Except not a single camera showed the ball over the line.

    Its very close though.

Again Flyer, that's what the GL technology is there for, to take any doubt out of the decision.
