To win the world cup you need to beat the best. If England gets out of the group stage, I am going to put a bet on them reaching the final.<ok>
 
Fernando Torres has just said he's happy with the draw and the hot temperatures, he commented that his new sombrero should protect him from the sun while he sits out the world cup on Spain's bench.
 
I hope Suarez gets six against England, but we still make it through. Mostly though, I really hope Uruguay SLAUGHTER us.

The only thing I'd say is that teams can go through in the play offs yet still be seeded. Think where you finish in qualifying should have more importance on the seeding for example.

We had no chance before the draw...now we have no ****ing chance. Really tough draw but can't think of too many other teams who would have made it any easier for us. Never mind, we will do really really well to get out of group. Maybe being group underdogs might benefit us.

If we'd have gotten our usual easy draw, when we got eliminated in the group stages we'd have blamed the climate. Now we can blame the tough draw, Suarez AND the climate. Wonder if Woy will stick Studge in a sauna for ten hours to 'test' him?
 
I wanted us to get Uruguay <diva>

I didn't want us to be the side that was moved to pot two but we may as well have been.

my thoughts.

1. we better sell suarez pre world cup then cos the england defenders will try to goade and leg break

2. uruguay are not actually that good.

3. italy are muck

4. pity england are so f'n bad cos hodgson should go out in the group and be sacked here.
