I saw the whole game. Mexico didn't deserve to lose in 90 mins but I think they would have lost anyway in extra time; Holland were getting on top.

 

Robben is famous for conning the refs but he got away with cheating yet again!

superb match tonight, really felt for the USA by the end but a really excellent match in what is proving to be the best world cup for years now!

 

The best match so far jose. I was willing USA to equalise. What an effort by them; totally knackered but threw everything at Belgium and so unlucky. USA can be very proud of themselves for that performance. If only all team showed such commitment.

 

Looking forward to France v Germany,anyone remember the german keeper "taking out" the french striker in The Euro's in the 80's?

Finding a winner very difficult to call at this stage, I have a suspicion that the germans might do it but really I wouldn't be surprised if 7 of the 8 left (the exception being costa rica) went on to win it

Glad we got knocked out in the group stage as a humiliating defeat like would have been hard to get over

 

And how bad were Brazil,in all my years i have never seen a Brazil side as bad as this one.Some of their players should not be picked again like Luiz,Hulk and Fred who would struggle in League 1.

Yep. Would have been difficult not to mention the war. I mentioned it once but i think I got away with it.
