Belgium are in the hardest side of the draw. Only one of Belgium, Italy or Spain can reach the final. England are on the “easy” side so thats why they went so short after beating Germany.

Spains odds take into account that they have a supposed easier game against Switzerland. Belgium vs Italy is a coin toss imo, bookies seem to be favouring Italy for whatever reason, could be injuries as you mention. Belgium are 9/4 just to win, looks generous to me.

I get that, but Italy 4/1 and Belgium 7s is weird to me.
