Let the Harry Kane witch hunt begin.

It's going to be a nightmare season for him.

as good as he is at penalties, I’m of the opinion that it’s hugely risky having the same player take 2 penalties in 1 game.
It becomes more about mind games and the pressure is off the scale, especially in a match like this.

Take a shot every time you see the words "bottled" or "Spursy"

I've said it on here a few times and received pelters for saying it, but as good as he undoubtedly is, Harry isn't a big game player. Just doesn't have the ice in his veins you need on those moments. We've seen it umpteen times for Spurs, particularly in the Poch era. Son is exactly the same if not worse.

I'm talking from a position of relative neutrality btw as I really don't care about international football.

I just hope this doesn't become Beckham mk. II and kill his confidence for the rest of the season.

You’re spot on. He’s not a stone cold winner and often ‘fails’ in big big games. He could easily play for Man City or Liverpool and play his part in winning a trophy but he’s never going to be the one to lead a team to any success.

He doesn't so much 'fail'. It's more that he just isn't the type who takes those games by the scruff of the neck in the same way that Ronaldo or Messi do, which is why he will never be regarded in that bracket of class, no matter how many records he breaks.
